Here’s how we get your gear to you, simple and straightforward:
Shipping Costs

Free Shipping to QLD, NSW, and Victoria.

All other states: Shipping calculated at checkout.
Dispatch Times

Except for pre-orders and for some oversized items, we aim to dispatch and ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase.

You will receive notification with tracking details at this point.
Standard Shipping

For most items, we use Aramex or Australia Post.

Please provide a physical street address (not a PO Box)—Aramex won’t deliver to PO Boxes, and Australia Post has strict size limits.

Standard shipping is not covered by insurance. If you would like us to add insurance to your delivery please call us on or email us at admin@epicoffroad.com.au

Qld Metro - Up to 2 Business Days
Qld Regional - Up to 7 Days
Interstate Metro - 2- 5 Business Days
Interstate Regional - 7+ Business Days
Western Australia and Northern Territory - 10-14 days
Tasmania - 7-10 days
Delivery times may be subject to change: once item is dispatched, tit is in the control of the courier.
Oversized Items (e.g., Roof Racks, Electric Side Steps)

Couriers vary by location, but our preferred choice is Allied Express.

We ship these items every week on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

In some rural areas, oversized items may not always be direct and in some cases may be sent to a local depot. If this is you, you will be notified by the courier and you’ll need to arrange pickup or on-delivery from there - third-party couriers call the shots, and we won’t know until after dispatch.
Things to remember

We cannot make changes to your order after it has been shipped. If you request a refund in this instance, return shipping costs will be deducted.

When placing an order please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address (street address) and contact details. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided.

Epic Offroad is not responsible for items once they are dispatched and with the courier. Delivery delays and/or damage inflicted during transit are out of our control. You will need to contact the relevant courier with delivery related enquiries.
