Warranty and Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s our simple returns policy: 

Returns Eligibility 

You can return items for a refund or replacement if: 

  • You change your mind (within 14 days of delivery), or 

  • The item is damaged, faulty, or does not match the item ordered. 

Change of Mind Returns 

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

  • Items (including original packaging) must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging. 

Tip: Please take care to apply the return shipping label directly over the original label and use clear packing tape only—keep it minimal to avoid damage. 

Damaged or Faulty Items 

  • If the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with proof (including photos and issue in writing), and we’ll sort a refund or replacement. 

  • Please be sure to inspect the item carefully for any damage upon its delivery and before it is installed. Upon usage or being fitted to your vehicle you have accepted that it is in an undamaged condition and may not be eligible for a return. 

Returns Process 

To initiate a return, contact us at admin@epicoffroad.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on what to do next.  

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.  

Refunds 

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Return shipping cost is deducted from refund amount if deemed a change of mind and/or item and packaging is in unsatisfactory condition. Please remember it can take up to 48 hours for your bank or credit card company to process. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds: 

  • On Clearance Sale items.  

  • Once item has been fitted to your vehicle or used. 

  • Damage inflicted in transit - Epic Offroad is not responsible for items once they are dispatched and with the courier. Delivery delays and/or damage inflicted during transit are out of our control. You will need to contact the relevant courier with delivery related enquiries.
